Image processing
Use visual tools to process images and get the data you want. CogPMAlignTool1 is a product template match. The recognition result will be passed to the input interrupt of CogToolBlock1, which is more complex to implement. It needs to be implemented in CogToolBlock1. CogBlobTool1 is used to identify the product blob area in the Feeder tray for controlling silo feeding. Output terminal: Found: whether to find the result, Point: the point position coordinates of the output (format: x, y, u; x, y, u;...), BlobTotalArea: the material area value in the Feeder, Graphic: the collection of layers that need to be displayed on the running image
Feeder Task
When this interface enters, it will write the Feeder parameters set in the current process for the Feeder. When leaving the interface, it will save the current Feeder parameters to the current process configuration. Therefore, if you want to modify the parameters of the Feeder for process photography, you must set them in this interface.

Action To Do
The end of the tool refers to the end execution tool of the robot, which can be configured with multiple ends. The end tool supports automatic calibration. After automatic calibration, the tool used by the robot to pick up the product will be obtained, and the height of the material picked up and the angle deviation value of the material picked up will be generated. The absolute angle of the robot picked up = the angle deviation value + the angle of the pixels of the product taken each time. The coordinates of the robot tool are calculated based on the Cartesian coordinates on the Z axis. If you encounter the Z axis direction of the robot tool such as the 6-axis robot, you need to manually take the Tool.Y inverted. The other parameters are the values required during the process.

Configure the output, so that when the software receives the trigger instruction, after running the visual process, the result is sent, and the content sent is the output configured here. The content (;) of each item is numbered separately. The purpose of point conversion is to convert pixel coordinates according to camera calibration into absolute coordinates of the robot.

Product parameter setting
You can set the running speed, power and other parameters when this product is running. We have also reserved a custom parameter setting function, so that you can define some parameters yourself according to your needs for the next bit to get.
Additional Parameters

PTP acceleration and deceleration
CP speed
CP acceleration and deceleration
Enable Secondary Positioning Camera
Each camera can be configured with multiple processes, each of which can implement a parameter configuration of the material, such as the height/tool coordinates/compensation values used for the material collection, and image processing tasks. 1. Select the camera to increase the flow; 2. Select a process to remove it.

Robot point teaching
Here you can select the robot to teach the point, or you can manually modify the point coordinates directly. In addition to the point management function, there is also a tray creation function. We can create a tray to teach the vertices and origins in the X and Y directions of the tray, and set the rows and columns to automatically calculate the tray, generate all the point data in the tray, and of course, you can also sort the points. You can use this tray creation feature even if your tray has a tangential transformation. If you do not want to teach the tray by vertex, we also provide a tray calculator, you just need to teach the tray origin, X direction and Y direction, and set the row and column spacing, you can also calculate the tray you want.
