feat(gallery): Ext.Communication 1.0.1 + 两个 PLC 子插件适配最新契约

- Ext.Communication 1.0.1：去掉 TeamAAS.Base.Contracts 中间层，子插件直接导出 IPlcDriverProvider
- Plugins.Plc.Mitsubishi / Plugins.Plc.Siemens 随新架构重打（references 改指向 Ext.Communication）
- 上架列表移除已废弃的 TeamAAS.Base.Contracts 环境包（与契约层现状一致）
